Sharese MacDonald has been with HomeRiver Group since 2014. She is intensely dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensures all clients are well informed and satisfied.

Madison Amelotte has been in Property Management for 4 years, with experience in Multifamily, Residential, and Commercial properties. She joined the HRG team in February of 2022. Madison loves making meaningful connections and strives to create positive experiences for all HRG clients.

Originally from Dallas, Texas. Madison moved to Charlotte from Seattle, WA in 2021 after spending three years in the PNW. When she isn’t working, you can find her exploring the city with her dog Sunday, or on the hunt for live music

Louretta is the Business Development Manager for North and South Carolina. She is a licensed broker in both states with 15+ years of Property Management/Real Estate experience. She joined the HomeRiver Group team in 2018.

She serves on the board of Health Guidance, a non-profit patient advocacy organization that serves local families in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community free of charge through their critical medical illness, utilizing our personalized health management service.

Originally from Kentucky, Louretta and her husband Victor now reside in Mooresville NC and enjoy traveling and spending as much time as possible with their grandchildren.

Sharon moved to the NC Triad with her family in 1989. She began her career in property management in 1998 as a part-time leasing consultant for a small High Point community. Over the years, Sharon has worked in marketing/leasing, then on to management of multiple sites for multi-family housing communities. In 2015, she transitioned to single family residential property management and became a licensed NC Real Estate Broker. Since then, Sharon has worked in both real estate sales and property management. A nature lover, she enjoys spending time in the mountains of NC and at the beach. When she is not working with her HomeRiver Group clients, she devotes as much time as possible to her family and volunteering in the community.

A North Carolina native that holds a degree in Accounting from North Carolina A&T State University. I'm a licensed Property Manager, a licensed Real Estate Broker, and a Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I've been in the real estate property management field for several years. I have experience in Multifamily, Single Family, and New Construction. My skill sets in bookkeeping, sales, and marketing has enabled me to far exceed expectations in the many roles in Real Estate I've had the opportunity to be a part of. My passion for helping others and leadership drives the relationships and opportunities in the Real Estate business for me. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family camping, reading, and mentoring.

Santiago joined HomeRiver Group in 2018 as a maintenance coordinator for several markets including Indiana, North Carolina, Florida and more. In mid-2020 Santiago joined the property management team as Resident Coordinator for the North Carolina-Triad market where he aims to provide efficient and quality service for all of our residents.

As a student, Santiago had the opportunity to travel which allowed him to learn about the different languages, cultures and peoples of the world. This also strengthened his love for cooking, making it one of his favorite leisure activities, second only to listening and playing music.

Joined the Andes team in June 2020 as a Leasing Agent for Institutional Accounts. In November of 2021, Eugenia joined HRG as a resident coordinator for the North Carolina market. When not at work, she loves to sing and cook.

Teresita joined HomeRiver Group in 2022 as a Resident Coordinator for the North Carolina market where she aims to provide caring and quality service for our residents. For the better part of 15 years, Teresita has worked in the service industry for both residential and commercial properties where she managed emergency services, rehab, new construction, project management and natural stone maintenance. During her leisure time, she enjoys restoring vintage pieces and long hikes with her pups.

In the fall of 2021, Rachel joined the UnderWriting team of Home River Group, supporting the Southeast and Central territories. In May of 2022, she transferred to the Property Management department as a Resident Coordinator for the North Carolina market. Rachel expresses her caring nature by volunteering at cancer centers and animal shelters. In her free time, Rachel likes to complete crafting projects and travel with friends and family.

Roxanne McCracken joined HomeRiver Group in 2019 and has been instrumental in providing maintenance support to our clients. She has more than 20 years of experience in property management and have managed both multi unit buildings as well as single family properties. She loves spending time with family and enjoying the occasional motorcycle ride with her husband. Roxanne is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients and residents.

Anthony has been employed with HomeRiver Group since 2019. Before joining the HomeRiver Team he was the Maintenance Supervisor for J H Adams Inn for 3 years. Being well versed on process and procedures Anythony is able to provide siperior customer service to both owners and residents. As a Marine Corp veteran he likes to stay busy by maintaining his memberships with the Memorial Gardens Veterans Group and USMC League 206 Detachment. In his free time he enjoys writing, artwork and acting as a community activist.

Taylor currently holds the position of Maintenance Coordinator for the North Carolina branch. She came from working as a Multi-family Property Manager out of the Boise, Idaho office. She has been working with HomeRiver Group since July 2018 and has experience as a lease-up Property Manager, assisting with many new construction projects in Idaho. Taylor currently resides in Gulfport, MS, and enjoys taking her 2 dogs to the beach or on trail hikes in her free time.
